1. The Production Cycle (The Forge)

  • Made-to-Order: Every piece of gear is forged specifically for you once your signal is received.

  • Lead Time: Please allow 7 full business days for production and quality inspection before the item is prepared for transit.

  • Business Days: Production does not occur on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimates

  • Domestic Orders: Once dispatched from the Forge, domestic transit typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your sector.

  • International Outcasts: Global shipping is available; however, transit times can range from 10–21 business days depending on customs processing in your region.

  • Carriers: We utilize reliable global carriers to ensure your gear reaches your coordinates securely.

3. Tracking Your Intel

  • The Signal: As soon as your order leaves the Forge, an automated tracking signal will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Delayed Signals: Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update once you receive the notification.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Government Fees: For outcasts outside our primary shipping sector, please be aware that customs fees, duties, and taxes are determined by your local government.

  • Customer Responsibility: These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout price.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Secure Locations: We recommend shipping to a secure location where someone can receive the package.

  • Carrier Confirmation: Once the carrier confirms delivery to your sector, Shinrai Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Incorrect Coordinates: Shinrai Club is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
