3. Tracking Your Intel

The Signal: As soon as your order leaves the Forge, an automated tracking signal will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Government Fees: For outcasts outside our primary shipping sector, please be aware that customs fees, duties, and taxes are determined by your local government.

5. Delivery Issues

Secure Locations: We recommend shipping to a secure location where someone can receive the package.

Carrier Confirmation: Once the carrier confirms delivery to your sector, Shinrai Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Return & Refund Policies:
1. The Forge (Made-to-Order Production)

On-Demand Philosophy: Shinrai Club does not maintain a massive warehouse; we are architects of the quiet hour, forging each piece specifically for the individual who signals for it.

Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, it enters the Forge immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications after the first 24 hours.
2. The Signal (Shipping & Intel)

Tracking: Upon dispatch, an automated tracking signal will be sent to your provided email.

Lost or Stolen Shipments: Once the carrier confirms delivery to your sector, Shinrai Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

International Customs: For outcasts outside our primary sector, please be aware that customs fees, duties, and taxes are determined by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. The Archive (Returns & Exchanges)

The 14-Day Window: You have 14 calendar days from the confirmed date of delivery to initiate a return request.

Restocking Fee: To sustain our small-batch production model, all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your final refund.

Return Shipping: All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Condition Standards: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all original markings attached. Items that show signs of wear, scent, or pet hair will be rejected and returned at the customer's expense.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, limited-drop specials, and items purchased during specific promotional events are not eligible for return.
4. Defects and Error in the Forge

Damaged Goods: If your gear arrives with a structural defect or there was an error in the printing process, please contact us via The Signal within 48 hours of delivery.

The Exception: Restocking fees do not apply to verified manufacturing defects or shipping errors on our part.

Proof Required: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect to initiate a replacement or full refund.
